2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, excluding New York and Florida, who are 18 years or older and the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees of PatPat, SeaWorld, and their respective affiliates, and their immediate family/household members, are not eligible.

3. Entry Period

Begins July 21, 2026 at 9:00 AM PT and ends July 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT.

4. How to Enter

During the Entry Period, to enter:

5. Prize (one winner)

One (1) winner will receive the Ultimate San Diego VIP Getaway for a family of four, consisting of:

• 3-night stay at the Bahia Resort Hotel in a Bay View Junior Suite
• A daily $100 Resort Credit at the Bahia Resort Hotel
• SeaWorld San Diego VIP Tour with behind-the-scenes access and up-close animal experiences for four (4) people. VIP tour includes up to seven (7) hours with your dedicated VIP Tour Guide creating a personalized full day agenda. Includes SeaWorld admission tickets for two (2) days, parking, reserved show seating, front of the line ride access, and in-park meal.
• Private 3-hour San Diego city tour with La Jolla Star Transportation. Features San Diego's must-see highlights for up to 5 guests with a customizable route, luxury vehicle, certified tour guide, and professional chauffeur.
• A PatPat family wardrobe — 15 outfits, approximate retail value $2,250

Total approximate retail value (ARV) $6,350.00: [$4,100 for the Ultimate San Diego VIP Getaway SeaWorld/Bahia trip + $2,250 PatPat family wardrobe]. Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash equivalent or substitution except at Sponsor's sole discretion. If Grand Prize Winner chooses to partake in any portion of the Grand Prize with fewer than three (3) guests, or no guest, the remaining elements of the Grand Prize shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor's prize obligation to Grand Prize Winner and no additional compensation will be awarded. Winner or one (1) of the guests must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of prize redemption in order to check into the hotel and will be required to provide a valid major credit card when checking in at the hotel to cover incidentals which are not included in the Grand Prize. The Grand Prize Winner and guest(s) are solely responsible for all other expenses not specifically set forth herein.

The Ultimate San Diego VIP Getaway must be booked together as one package good for up to four (4) people. Stay must be booked at least ten (10) calendar days in advance and completed on or before June 30, 2027.

The Ultimate San Diego VIP Getaway: Offer valid for stays of three (3) or more consecutive nights booked directly with Hotel and completed on or before June 30, 2027. Stay must be booked at least ten (10) calendar days in advance. Includes $100 daily resort credit per room good for food and beverage from Dockside 1953, Bianchi Pizza & Pasta, Grab 'N Go, and Pool Bar and Grill, and for retail items from the Bahia Resort Hotel Gift Shop. Daily resort credit cannot be rolled over, combined, or applied toward room rate, taxes, or fees. Offer is subject to availability and may be canceled, modified, or discontinued at any time. Offer has no cash value, is non-transferable, and is not redeemable or refundable for cash, credit, or gift cards. Offer may not be combined with any other discounts, promotions, specials, or value-added programs. Other restrictions may apply.

Transportation services are provided by La Jolla Star Transportation. All deposits are non-refundable. A valid credit card is required at time of booking. Company is not liable for delays, weather, traffic conditions, or mechanical issues beyond its control. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity, and all reservations must be confirmed directly with La Jolla Star Transportation's Reservation Specialists at (858) 454-8000 or res@lajollastar.com. Vehicles are equipped with dash cameras for the safety and protection of passengers and drivers. Footage is securely stored and deleted unless required for official purposes. Cancellations made less than twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled pickup time will incur the full fare as stated on the confirmation. Additional fees may apply for late changes, wait times, after-hours pickups, or additional stops. La Jolla Star Transportation reserves the right to subcontract transportation services when necessary.

For SeaWorld VIP experiences included in this offer, a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours advance notice is required to curate a custom tour itinerary. This package includes single-day admission for two people. Additional tickets can be added to your reservation after your initial booking is complete. Experiences are subject to availability, seasonal scheduling, and age requirements. SeaWorld VIP experience must be completed on or before June 30, 2027.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or about August 3, 2026. Winner will be notified via Instagram direct message and must respond within five (5) days to claim the prize. If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond, or is found ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. General Conditions

This sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta. Participants release Instagram/Meta from any liability. By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.

8. Publicity

Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to use the winner's name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.
