Gift Card Terms Conditions

Gift Cards are redeemable online at www.patpat.com. Gift Cards may be used to purchase merchandise only, are non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash unless required by applicable law. Gift Cards do not expire and are not subject to any fees. Gift Cards may not be used to purchase other Gift Cards or in a way that violates these Terms or applicable law. 

Protect your Gift Card like cash. The risk of loss for Gift Cards pass to the recipient upon purchase of the Gift Card. PatPat is not responsible for Gift Cards that are lost, stolen, damaged or used without your permission. PatPat will not replace lost or stolen giftcards.

PatPat reserves the right to make changes to these Terms from time to time in its sole discretion. These Terms will be governed by the law of the State of California and supplemented as applicable by the law of the state where the Gift Card is purchased.
