What's the estimated shipping time during Black Friday?
Orders within the US ship from the warehouse within one week, while international orders ship within two weeks. This timeframe doesn't include delivery time by the shipping carrier.
Do Black Friday deals include the usual after-sales service and warranty?

For users who log in and register as members (https://www.patpat.com/account/login), orders placed from October 20 to November 27 earn 3x points, and orders from November 28 to December 1 earn 5x points. Points can be redeemed for gift cards or free gifts.
Can I redeem points during Black Friday?
Yes, you can redeem your points for gift cards or free gifts on the PatPat REWARDS page before placing your order. Redeemed gift cards can be applied directly at checkout to offset part of the total; redeemed free gifts will ship with your order at no extra cost—just add them to your cart during checkout.
