We have a huge inventory of hot popular items that never expire in our store mode! You can place orders whenever you want for these items. We also have flash sales everyday. These flash sales are available anywhere from three to seven days, act quick, these sales do expire. Flash sales begin every day at 6am PST, so you can start browsing what’s new over coffee during those precious moments when your little ones are still asleep. 

We do not. PatPat resides in the digital world only.

We do not take phone or email orders. You can place orders from your mobile device or on our website.

At checkout, you will be given the option to use your wallet credit. You can choose to use none, a portion, or all of your credit towards your purchase.

On the cart page, you will be given the option to use coupon code for extra discount. You can use only one valid coupon code for each order.

Yes! Click on the magnifying glass icon at the top of the homepage to directly search for hundreds of items. Whether it’s "baby bibs" or "makeup brushes”, quickly and easily find what’s currently available on PatPat.

As we offer products from many different brands, sizing varies. For an accurate sizing reference, click the link of the size chart in “Product Details” for the item you want. We display vendor sizing whenever possible. If the vendor does not supply a chart, we use our own measurements.

1. PatPat members can log in to your accounts and click “Orders” to view order details and order status updates.

2. Guests will receive a confirmation email containing order details and a link. In order to protect your privacy, you can check the status of your order by clicking the link and creating your PatPat account.

3. If you didn’t receive our confirmation email, please click here and enter the email address you used to make your guest purchase. We will be happy to resend you the confirmation email.

Yes! Safeguarding your personal information is our top priority. PatPat guarantees 100% secure ordering for all customers. To protect you and your personal account information, PatPat uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology. SSL is the industry standard and the best software available for secure ecommerce transactions. The SSL technology works by safeguarding personal information, such as credit card number, name and address information in our system in an encrypted code. Only PatPat can decode it. You are also protected by the Fair Credit Billing Act, which prohibits your bank from holding you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. PatPat pledges to always use the best and most accepted methods and technologies to ensure your personal information is safe and secure. Please note that we use a SSL (Secure Socket Layer) 128 bit encryption for our website and APP.

Further more, PatPat never stores your payment information in our backend system, PatPat passes all your private payment information to PayPal’s cloud, and stores every single information there.

In some cases, there will be VAT or custom duties levied by your destination country. The recipient must pay additional charges for custom duties or taxes. Custom duties and taxes vary from country to country.

Our shipping partners are unable to ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO military addresses. So please provide a street address for your order. If an order is placed with PO boxes or APO/FPO address, there will be delay for the order to be shipped.

Usually your entire order will be shipped in one package. However, if your order includes products from manufacturers in different locations, multiple packages may ship to fulfill a single order.

We accept Visa (including Visa gift cards), Mastercard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.

Yes, contact Customer Service (Email: [email protected]) to make any changes to your shipping details. Keep in mind that an address can only be changed if the order has not yet shipped.

Once the order is placed, you cannot change the payment method, so please carefully select your payment method when placing an order.

The order begins processing soon after placement, so the quickest solution is to place a new order for the additional item.

You can cancel it before the order status changes to “Processing.”

PatPat Discounts

Besides our default discounted prices and seasonal promotions, PatPat offers several opportunities for additional savings. For your first order, you may use a PatPat Ambassador’s unique PatPat Promo code at checkout for an extra discount on your purchase. You may also share products you love to Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest to receive an extra 3-10% off.

Beneath the product of your choice, click “Share & Get Extra 10% Off”.  Be sure to follow all of our official social media handles for surprise promo codes, sales, contests, and more.

A PatPat Promo code is a promo code we offer to all PatPat Ambassadors.  Ambassadors can share their codes to give them an extra discount (anywhere from 10-50% off depending on current promotion) on their first PatPat purchase, and for every order placed using their codes, each ambassador receives $5 in shopping credit. 

PatPat ambassadors are the voice of PatPat. They outreach and connect new users to our PatPat Community. Each ambassador has their own unique PatPat promo code that provides a discount. Each time their code is entered at check-out, they earn store credit.  As a PatPat ambassador, you will receive other exclusive benefits like the opportunity to trade your credits for cash, holiday gifts, and other promotional materials.

Once you become a PatPat ambassador, and your friend has successfully applied your PatPat Promo Code to his or her first purchase, you receive $5 shopping credit. The more friends you invite, the more credit you can earn!

Go to “My Account” and click “Wallet” to check your store credit balance.

At checkout, you will be given an option to redeem a portion or all of your store credit balance towards your order.

Your store credit does not expire. We will notify you via email if any regulations or policies change.

Exchange & Returns

Currently we are not able to offer exchange for any shipped orders.  If you want a different size or different item, please place a new order.

Your satisfaction is our primary concern. You may return any item that you are not satisfied with within 14 days after receiving your order, and you will receive a full refund once we receive the returned package. Contact [email protected] to assist you in the return process.

Please note that any shipping fee you paid for the order will not be included in the refund. You are responsible for the return shipping fees.

Step 1: Send a return request to [email protected] with your order number and the item/s you wish to return.

Step 2: Our customer service will reply with a RAN (return authorization number) within 24 hours.

Step 3: Pack up the item/s you want to return and send it back to our warehouse (address in the email with RAN).

Step 4: Wait for the package to be delivered to our warehouse. Once our warehouse receive the package, we will process refund to you within 2 business days.


a. All returned item/s must be in resaleable condition. Item/s that arrived damaged will not be eligible for refund.

b. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.


To choose your preferences or to unsubscribe, find the menu icon on the homepage, then click “Settings” to update your notification options. Please allow five days for our records to be updated. Unsubscribing from emails does not affect your user registration. 

Yes, you can also sign up for an account with your email address.

Your Facebook email is your default email for all PatPat notifications, newsletters, order tracking and event announcements. To change your email, go “My Account” and click “Profile Info”.
